In their 2016 report <strong>\u2018The Future of Jobs\u2019, the World Economic Forum <\/strong>highlighted anticipated changes in employability skills and suggested that by 2020 over one third of the skills considered important in today\u2019s workforce will have changed. Notably, creativity will have become one of the top three skills needed to deal with the avalanche of new products, new technologies and new ways of working. <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/reports\/the-future-of-jobs\">https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/reports\/the-future-of-jobs<\/a><\/u> .
