Refreshments provided.<\/p>\n<p><i>With the avalanche of new products, new technologies and new ways of working, workers are going to have to become more creative\u2026Robots may help us get to where we want to be faster, but they can\u2019t be as creative as humans (yet).<\/i>\u00a0 World Economic Forum, Davos 2016<\/p>\n<p>The need to make our young people more employable is unquestionable but how we do this is debatable.
