The DfE programme uses percussion creatively as a teaching tool to combine rhythm and recall to deliver memorable lessons which engage pupils on many different levels.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.midlothian.gov.uk\/news\/article\/50\/drumming_for_excellence_at_bonnyrigg_primary_school\">http:\/\/www.midlothian.gov.uk\/news\/article\/50\/drumming_for_excellence_at_bonnyrigg_primary_school<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.midlothian.gov.uk\/news\/article\/50\/drumming_for_excellence_at_bonnyrigg_primary_school\"><\/a><\/span><\/span><br \/>\nThe project is funded by Creative Scotland through the Youth Music Initiative and is managed by Midlothian Council&#8217;s Arts and Creativity Team. \u00a0The funding has allowed the Drumming for Excellence (DfE) programme to be implemented in all Midlothian Primary Schools. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Drumming is being used to enhance the learning experience for pupils of all ages.
