As part of the life sciences Skills Investment Plan, launched in April at BioCity Scotland, 156 S3+ pupils from 11 different schools in central Scotland took part in a unique innovation and enterprise day. Pupils learnt through hands-on activities how these companies have taken a ‘good idea’, supported that idea with scientific research and developed it into a business.<\/p>\n
