At its heart is an approach borrowed from designers: using tools and techniques that are well tested in other fields, but used more rarely in the redesign of public services.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, Verdana, Arial\"><br \/>\nAt this expert day on 21 March Snook, a service design and social innovation outfit in Glasgow will present their synthesis of the research conducted with students from the University of the West of Scotland, Paisley and Cardonald College.
