Livescore Digital Workshop – 10 Sept (Platform) Lead by the livescore creative team: Greg Sinclair, Neil McGuire, Jassy Earl and Kyle McAslan. There are still places for this free workshop exploring some of the techniques that have been developed and used with young people throughout the livescore project, including:
- developing performances using instruction scores
- interacting with various digital technologies in performance
- creating short performance films
Deadline: Monday 5 September More information here. As the Crow Flies – 22 Oct (Platform) and 26 Oct (Traverse) Our Livescore project will culminate with a performance of As The Crow Flies. Created by Greg Sinclair and the Livescore creative team with children from Scotland and Belgium, this performance celebrates human connections and differences between individual people in diverse locations and features live music and digital technologies.
The show is suitable for 12+ From point to point, as the crow flies.There’s a man alone on stage in front of you. He’s here to do the performance. But there are also some children on a Scottish island, and some teenagers from Belgium; they want to be a part of the show too. And they have their own ideas about what is going to happen.
