We have focussed on the use of rhyming words and similes.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd22Numeracy &#8211; in numeracy this week we have been looking at squared number patterns. The children were all very engaged and enjoyed the challenge. They can\u2019t wait to move on to cubed and triangular numbers.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udde0Health and Well-being &#8211; following on from our work on growth mindset in term 2, we read the book \u2018The Dot\u2019 by Peter H Reynolds. This book encourages creativity and helps to promote a positive mindset. We used our imaginations and creative skills to draw some pictures using a \u2018dot\u2019 within each.
