<\/p>\nThis week p6a have been very busy!!<\/p>\n
Literacy – We began work on our class novel ‘Double Act’ by Jacqueline Wilson! Before reading, we made some predictions using the cover of the book. I wonder if any of these will be correct – we will soon find out!<\/p>\n
Maths – We enjoyed making our own maths board games this week based on place value! We then had fun playing each others.<\/p>\n
IDL – Our topic this term is Famous Artists. This week we carried out some research on Roy Lichtenstein – a famous Pop Artist who has created some very effective pieces using onomatopoeic words! Next week we will be trying to create some art in the same style as he did!<\/p>\n
