Primary 1 had an amazing experience with Wildside Nature when Donald came in to deliver a workshop. The children were learning about Halloween animals such as bats, owls and spiders.<\/p>\n

They moved around like the animals and pretended to silently hunt their prey.<\/p>\n

The highlight was learning about how bats use echo location to fly around in the dark and having an opportunity to be blindfolded and find each other by sound alone.<\/span><\/p>\n

Donald was very impressed with the knowledge and vocabulary that the children had when they were discussing the animals and mammals.<\/p>\n

Another great learning day in Primary 1.<\/p>\n
