All of our classes will be working together to reduce our carbon footprint. Primary 2- 7 have other specific targets &#8211;<\/h2>\n<h2>P2 &#8211; Energy saving<\/h2>\n<h2>Aim = to reduce unnecessary electricity usage<\/h2>\n<h2>P3 &#8211; Litter picking<\/h2>\n<h2>Aim = to improve the environmental quality of the school<\/h2>\n<h2>P4 &#8211; Composting<\/h2>\n<h2>Aim = to reduce our carbon footprint by reusing food waste<\/h2>\n<h2>P5 &#8211; Recycling<\/h2>\n<h2>Aim = to reduce the amount of waste that goes to landfill<\/h2>\n<h2>All of our aims link to the Sustainable Development Goals. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) aim to transform our world. They are\u00a0a call to action to end poverty and inequality, protect the planet, and ensure that all people enjoy health, justice and prosperity.<\/h2>\n<div data-hveid=\"CE8QAQ\">\n<div class=\"dnXCYb\" role=\"button\">\n<h2 class=\"JlqpRe\"><span class=\"JCzEY ZwRhJd\"><span class=\"CSkcDe\">What are the sustainable goals of the UK?<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"L3Ezfd\" data-ved=\"2ahUKEwjwmoCfv-uBAxUUSUEAHUJfAR8Quk56BAhPEAI\"><span style=\"font-size: 1.14286rem\">In 2015, the UK Government joined every other country in the world and committed to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
