Our Teaching and Learning Strategy outlines how we deliver high-quality learning experiences for all children in our school. It sets out our commitment to providing a safe, inclusive and supportive environment where every learner is encouraged and supported to achieve their full potential. The strategy explains how teachers plan purposeful, engaging and well-structured learning experiences that meet the needs of all pupils through effective differentiation, active learning approaches and the thoughtful use of assessment to inform next steps. It highlights our focus on developing key skills in literacy, numeracy and health and wellbeing across all areas of the curriculum. We place strong emphasis on positive relationships, high expectations, and regular feedback to help children understand their progress and how to improve. The strategy also reflects our commitment to working in partnership with parents and carers to support learning and celebrate success.<\/p>\n
