To enrol your child with a Glasgow school all parents must first register at their local catchment school, even if you intend to apply for a placing request. To search your nearest school click here. A full list of Glasgow schools and nurseries can be found here.

If parents wish to they can apply for a placing request to a school outwith their own catchment area. They can do so using the new online placing request form available on Glasgow City Council Website. The form and further information on placing requests can be found here.

If you are in any doubt about when you should enrol your child, please do not hesitate to contact the Head Teacher who will be happy to offer advice/assistance. Please remember you must enrol your child in your local school even if you intend making a placing request for another school. The Head Teacher will be happy to give you guidance on this procedure.

A pre-entrant programme involving all the children who are starting school in August takes place from the end of May. This provides opportunities for the children to become familiar with new surroundings and to meet the school staff. We will post out information about this in April to families who have enrolled their child with us.
