Ziggy from the Scottish Government’s “Road Safety Scotland” made a special appearance at St Stephen’s to congratulate a very clever and artistic Primary 1 pupil whose entry won the Road Safety Competition.  We know now that that Ziggy is much larger in real life than we realised!
