Our Curriculum Rationale

St Conval’s Primary School has been a much loved centre of learning throughout its long history, supporting the development of successful learners, confident individuals, responsible citizens and effective contributors for over eleven decades. Our school community actively acknowledges and cherishes this legacy and recognises that, no matter how our curriculum develops and changes over time, we are continually building on the foundations laid by previous dedicated members of the St Conval’s family.

St Conval’s curriculum is not set in stone but is alive and dynamic. Our school community is committed to continually improving and refreshing our curriculum over time in response to feedback from stakeholders (especially our pupils!), best practice, current research, key legislation and changes in society. We will continue to LOOK INWARDS, LOOK OUTWARDS and LOOK FORWARDS to ensure the absolute best for the young learners of St Conval’s.
