prepare children and young people for a changing<br \/>\nand uncertain future.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure we put no limits on children and young people<br \/>\nin terms of their ambition and allow them to become<br \/>\nconfident and responsible members of society.<\/li>\n<li>To give children and young people skills, concepts and<br \/>\nknowledge to be able to access a sustainable, or and<br \/>\nprosperous future.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We know that the quality of teaching and the relationship between teacher and child or young person is critical in<br \/>\nensuring the effectiveness of the learning experience and we aim to champion an aspirational approach for our<br \/>\nyoung people.\u00a0Where effective learning and teaching is taking place this will have a positive impact on raising
