It keeps devices charged, safe, and ready for learning.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>\ud83d\udd0c 1. Devices Not Charging<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Check the switch<\/strong>: Make sure the main trolley power switch is <strong>ON<\/strong> (look for the little light near the plug).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Check the cable<\/strong>: Is the wall plug fully pushed in? Try a different wall socket if in doubt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Check the shelf<\/strong>: Each shelf has its own charging cables \u2013 make sure the cable is plugged into the iPad\/laptop properly.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Try another device<\/strong>: If one device won\u2019t charge, test another on the same cable. If the second device charges, the problem is the iPad\/laptop \u2013 not the trolley.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Tip: Close the trolley doors gently so cables don\u2019t get pulled out.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>\ud83d\udd04 2. Doors Won\u2019t Lock \/ Open<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Key check<\/strong>: Make sure you\u2019re using the right key \u2013 each trolley is numbered.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Turn fully<\/strong>: Sometimes you need to turn the key a full 180\u00b0 before the latch clicks.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Jammed cable<\/strong>: If the door won\u2019t shut, a charging cable might be caught. Open slowly, tuck cables inside, and close again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>\ud83d\udfe2 3. Best Practice to Keep Things Smooth<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Adults unplug and <strong>plug iPads back in<\/strong> after use \u2013 cables should \u201cclick\u201d into place. Children are prohibited from assisting with this.<\/li>\n<li>Tuck cables neatly first, before closing the trolley.<\/li>\n<li>Use Eco safe charger to ensure safe electricity flow to the trolley.
