iPad Charging Trolley

LocknCharge Carrier 

The LocknCharge Carrier is our iPad/laptop charging trolley. It keeps devices charged, safe, and ready for learning.


🔌 1. Devices Not Charging

  • Check the switch: Make sure the main trolley power switch is ON (look for the little light near the plug).
  • Check the cable: Is the wall plug fully pushed in? Try a different wall socket if in doubt.
  • Check the shelf: Each shelf has its own charging cables – make sure the cable is plugged into the iPad/laptop properly.
  • Try another device: If one device won’t charge, test another on the same cable. If the second device charges, the problem is the iPad/laptop – not the trolley.

Tip: Close the trolley doors gently so cables don’t get pulled out.


🔄 2. Doors Won’t Lock / Open

  • Key check: Make sure you’re using the right key – each trolley is numbered.
  • Turn fully: Sometimes you need to turn the key a full 180° before the latch clicks.
  • Jammed cable: If the door won’t shut, a charging cable might be caught. Open slowly, tuck cables inside, and close again.

🟢 3. Best Practice to Keep Things Smooth

  • Adults unplug and plug iPads back in after use – cables should “click” into place. Children are prohibited from assisting with this.
  • Tuck cables neatly first, before closing the trolley.
  • Use Eco safe charger to ensure safe electricity flow to the trolley. The timer turns off power to the devices once full battery is achieved.
  • Switch the trolley off at the wall overnight (saves power, and from fires!) 🔥
