Well done to the six boys and six girls who competed in the Super 7`s Athletics competition,\u00a0in 6 separate events (60m sprint and hurdles, 400m, Long Standing jump, Shot Putt and Javelin)\u00a0and finished with a team relay. There were 16 schools competing in the South end district for Glasgow at the Emirates arena and there was a lot of competition!<\/p>\n

A big shout out to Rabab who finished 7th<\/sup> out of 96 girls in the individual girls javelin event! Congratulations Rabab you should be very proud of yourself and you have done the school proud. We had 11 other pupils who competed and represented the school fantastically with great efforts in all events across the board! Although they didn\u2019t come back with any medals they received a St Albert`s welcome from all the staff and pupils on their return!<\/p>\n

Well done to the Primary 7 pupils who competed!!! Laiyba, Israa, Rabia, Malaika, Rabab, Raeesah (girls) & Sarmud, Junaid, Aaron, Rayan, Hamza, Saad (boys).<\/p>\n
