Learners will gain the basic knowledge and skills of a holistic approach that can be applied to help improve their own health and well being. On successful completion of the course the learner will be able to demonstrate an understanding of some of the methods used for managing stress; identify and blend aromatherapy products used to support health and relaxation; apply aspects of seated massage to upper body or head or hands.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Please phone the office to confirm you space.\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dad&#8217;s Sports Afternoon: Wednesday 2nd April @ 1.30 &#8211; 2.45pm <\/strong>More information to follow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>International Women\u2019s Day Lunch: Thursday 3rd April @ 11.30 &#8211; 3pm<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Join us for our annual afternoon to celebrate Women.
