Here is our latest information &amp; I have attached a rough plan of events in term 4 in order for you to plan early.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/gc\/public\/stalbertsfamilylearning\/uploads\/sites\/8864\/2024\/03\/15151722\/Family-learning-events-term-4-2024.docx\">Family learning events term 4 2024<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Emergency Meeting for Parents\/carers regarding Education Cuts with Mrs Harker.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\"><strong>GLASGOW SCHOOLS PARENTS AND CARERS<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">With the news of\u00a0<span class=\"markd45tcs00o\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">cuts<\/span>\u00a0to GCC\u00a0<span class=\"mark2uolhvgw6\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">Education<\/span> coming out, it&#8217;s time to act.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">GCC has announced it is cutting its support for MCR Pathways, the city&#8217;s DYW workers will lose their jobs and 450 teaching jobs will go.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">These\u00a0<span class=\"markd45tcs00o\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">cuts<\/span> mean all our children, especially those with supported learning, will be heavily impacted as resources and staffing are stretched further.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">As you know our <strong>school is very special where creativity, life experiences and dedication<\/strong> is evident every day in our staff, pupils &amp; families. Cutting staff and resources would diminish the uniqueness of St Albert&#8217;s in supporting our community. <strong>We cannot lose this approach!!!\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\"><b>Please join Mrs Harker &amp; staff on <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Thursday 21st March @ 2pm<\/span><\/b><b> for an emergency meeting to discuss the resources we will lose and decide on action.<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Health &amp; Safety Door Policy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I am attaching our new Health &amp; Safety Door Policy.
