Description

This course develops literacy skills by giving learners opportunities to read, listen and talk in Italian and to reflect on how this relates to English. It enables learners to understand and use the language, to apply their knowledge and to develop planning, research and language skills.

Who might choose this subject?

We are currently offering Italian at Higher and Advanced Higher levels only, so learners who undertake this subject at Shawlands Academy should be either native speakers of the language or should have a base level of fluency in order to access the Higher and Advanced Higher courses.
