Organisation of Classes
Our roll this year is 449 children. The total roll which can be accommodated is 440. The working capacity may vary dependent upon the number of pupils at each stage and the way the classes are organised. This session we have sixteen classes from P1-P7.
Most classes are made up of single year groups whilst others are composite classes. Composite classes have pupils from more than one stage. More information regarding composite classes is available on request.
The following guidelines set by Scottish government apply P1 maximum 25 P2 & 3 maximum 30 P4 – 7 maximum 33 Composite classes maximum 25
School Hours
Day begins: 8.45am (Breakfast Club from 7.45am)
Interval Time: 10.15am
Lunch Time: 12.00pm to 1.00pm
Day ends: 3.00pm
