At this time the school meals service was considered to be\u00a0old-fashioned, drab and lacking any street credibility.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><strong>Fuel Zone\u00a0<\/strong>was developed in two distinct phases.
