This week in writing we began planning for a Glasgow wide poetry competition entitled: My hidden Glasgow. We started by creating Glasgow themed mood boards, which we\u2019ll use to plan our poems.
In maths we translated Roman numerals, and solved problems using them. We also challenged ourselves to some very long equations, which included brackets, square numbers and square roots.
We continued looking at WW2 through our class novel \u201cThe Boy in the striped pyjamas\u201d. We also studied a range of sources to decide whether the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki was necessary.<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
