This week we began learning about biographies and were thinking about subheadings to help us research someone that we know to write a biography of. In reading we focussed on metalinguistics \u00a0and prediction. In maths this week we have been using fact families to help us use our knowledge of multiplication tables to solve division calculations. We also learned the place value rule for dividing by 10,100,1000.
\nIn spelling some groups worked on using prefixes.
\nIn \u00a0RSHP we learned about body parts and their functions as well as how bodies change throughout puberty.
\nWe began a new topic on Spain, so we began by researching some interesting facts and looked at the geography of Spain.
\nIn RME we turned the 10 commandments of Christianity into more child friendly language.
\nIn PATHS we explored peer pressure and making good choices.
