In literacy, we focused on improving our understanding of common and proper nouns and continued developing our persuasive writing skills. We also explored the poem The Sair Finger<\/em> by Walter Wingate and discussed the Scots language used within the poem.<\/p>\n
In maths, we moved on to finding fractions of an amount and revised our knowledge of different multiplication strategies.<\/p>\n
We learned how to draw in the style of the famous Scottish artist Charles Rennie Mackintosh, discussed the qualities we think are most important in a friend, and learned about different Scottish musical instruments.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
