Our classroom has been buzzing this week with Superhero energy! We\u2019ve been practising kindness and helpfulness, and celebrated these super actions by creating our own Supertato characters. This helped us explore what it means to be a kind and caring friend.<\/p>\n

In music, we\u2019ve been exploring beat and rhythm. One highlight was marching along to different songs \u2014 including the lively Hawaiian Rollercoaster Ride<\/em> from Lilo & Stitch<\/em>! It was wonderful to see everyone moving and grooving in time with the music.<\/p>\n

In literacy, we learned two new sounds: \u2018p\u2019<\/strong> and \u2018n\u2019<\/strong>. Our confidence is growing when reading and recognising our initial sounds.<\/p>\n

In numeracy, we focused on numbers up to 10. We used concrete materials to count and practised the formation of numbers too.<\/p>\n
