At Parkview, we are committed to continuous improvement to ensure our self-evaluation approaches support and enhance the outcomes of all.<\/span><\/p>\n

As part of our improvement journey, each year, we develop a School Improvement Plan (SIP) in consultation with staff and pupils, detailing our priorities and ambition for the coming year. This is accompanied by the Standards and Quality Report (SQR) which highlights the successes and achievements detailed within the SIP.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is important that all stakeholders (pupils, families, staff, and external partners) are aware of our ambition for our learners, and importantly the progress we have made.<\/span><\/p>\n

Academic Session 2026-2027<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

School Improvement Plan (SIP)<\/span><\/p>\n

Grand Challenges and Missions:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Grand Challenge 1:<\/strong> Develop and continue to implement a shared vision of a high-quality learning provision.<\/span>
    \nThis year will continue to develop class teacher skills and knowledge in creating high-quality assessment whilst also providing feedback that supports next steps. Our learning is adaptive teaching strategies, ensuring every child is both challenged and supported to achieve.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Grand Challenge 2:<\/strong> Develop an inclusive and achieving school environment by understanding and supporting the needs of all learners.<\/span>
    \nWe are going to develop our understanding of Racial Literacy, developing a shared language with all pupils, staff, and stakeholders. We are going to continue to increase our Pupil Voice through committees and action groups. Maintain a positive attendance rate of 92%, or greater, and reduce lateness by 30% across the school<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Grand Challenge 3:<\/strong> Develop and implement meaningful pupil participation in decision-making groups and improve outcomes in well-being and achievement.
    \n<\/span>Continue our drive to improve Pupil Decision-Making leading to school improvement, celebrating pupil voice and wider achievement. Children and staff will redevelop our Nurturing Positive Relationships Policy and approaches to celebrating success through our House System.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Standards and Quality Reports (SQR)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    The annual SQR Report is a legislative document with provides parents, carers, and other partners of the school’s context, achievements and successes, and self-evaluation.<\/span><\/p>\n
