This week in Maths we have been doing different activities with money to help us learn particular skills. We’ve been learning about the value of different coins and we thought it was a bit odd that a 5p is worth more than a 2p but it’s smaller. Who organised that? We’ve also been finding different ways to make the same amount; using adding skills to find totals for more than one item and working out what change we should get if we don’t have the correct money in a shop.

You’ll also maybe be interested to know that we were loving Maths so much on Thursday we all just started cheering spontaneously! This is the kind of thing that makes Mrs Cameron very happy.
