Showbie provides parents and carers with a convenient way to receive school information, announcements and updates<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Parents and carers are invited to join our Showbie Community channels<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Families should join:<\/p>\n Class Communities are used to share information and updates relevant to your child’s class, while the Headteacher’s Community is used for important whole-school announcements and information.<\/p>\n Parents and carers should access Showbie using their own Parent Account<\/strong>.<\/p>\n A Parent Account is separate from your child’s pupil account and allows you to stay connected with the information shared by the school.<\/p>\n Parents are provided with a Parent Code<\/strong> which is used to connect their Parent Account to their child.<\/p>\n Please do not use your child’s pupil login or QR code to create a Parent Account.<\/strong><\/p>\n Showbie can be accessed in different ways depending on the device you are using.<\/p>\n iPhone or iPad<\/strong> Android devices<\/strong> When signing in, please ensure that you are using your Parent Account details<\/strong> rather than your child’s pupil login.<\/p>\n Children have their own Pupil Account<\/strong>, which is separate from a Parent Account.<\/p>\n Pupil accounts allow children to access their classes, learning activities and resources. Children may use their Showbie QR code to sign in on supported devices.<\/p>\n Parents should not use their child’s pupil account as their own account.<\/p>\n If you experience difficulty creating your Parent Account, joining a Community or connecting to your child, please contact the school for support.<\/p>\n Where necessary, we may ask you to bring the device you are using into school so that we can help identify the issue.<\/p>\n Please keep your Showbie login details secure and do not share your child’s login information or QR code with others.<\/p>\n We encourage families to check Showbie regularly to ensure they do not miss important information and updates from the school.<\/p>\n\ud83d\udcf1 Showbie Communities<\/h2>\n
