I started my teaching career many, many moons ago (but not quite in a galaxy far, far away!) and have since worked across a range of stages within primary schools. This year I teach Primary 5 and also support learning and teaching across the school, with a focus on raising attainment. I also lead our school charity committee, helping to organise events that support both our school and the wider community. I was fortunate to take part in a teaching exchange in Iowa, which gave me the opportunity to experience a different education system.
