In our school, we use various ways to communicate with you.<\/h3>\n

For whole school information<\/strong><\/span>, and booking parents’ night appointments,<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0 we will use:<\/p>\n

For any information that needs to be shared urgently, we may email or text you using GroupCall<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Class information<\/span><\/strong> will also be sent out via Seesaw<\/strong><\/span> and Showbie<\/span><\/strong>. Sometimes, information will be shared via our school BlueSky page and YouTube channel.<\/p>\n

We are a cashless school<\/strong><\/span>. All school lunches, sign-ups for clubs and payment for school trips, discos, or fundraising can be paid via:<\/p>\n

The office is your first port of call when you\u00a0 need to get in touch and for anything urgent. The ladies in the office will be more than happy to assist you. They can assist with any ParentsPortal or ParentPay queries too. Please give them a call on 0141 637 6798<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

When it’s not urgent you can email\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

The headteacher mailbox is looked after by the senior leadership team and the office staff. When you email:<\/p>\n

headteacher@merrylee-pri.glasgow.sch.uk<\/strong><\/p>\n

The email will go the headteacher mailbox and then flagged to go to the appropriate person.\u00a0 To help us direct your email please put who your email is for and what your email is about, in the subject matter e.g.<\/p>\n
