PARENTS \/ CARERS<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Parents and Carers have a legal responsibility to ensure that a child attends school and that the school is notified immediately of any absence.\u00a0<\/p>\n

  • Parents and Carers should contact the Pupil Absence Reporting Line on\u00a00141 287 0039<\/strong>, as early as possible on morning of pupils\u2019 absence.\u00a0<\/li>\n
  • Alternatively, Parents \/ Carers can use these additional communication methods:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    • MYGOVSCOT portal to access their \u2018myaccount\u2019 and complete the online form to alert us of their child\u2019s absence.\u00a0<\/li>\n
    • Email – Parents \/ Carers can email the pupils identified PTPC to alert them about absences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      • If the absence relates to reasons of personal or sensitive nature, serious illness or contagious diseases which will last more than a week, injuries e.g. broken limbs, then these cases should be reported directly to the school on\u00a00141 582 0170<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Parents and Carers should keep the school up to date with changes to their personal mobile phone.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
