At Lochend, our School Improvement Plan (SIP)<\/strong> outlines the key priorities we are focusing on to help our school continue to grow and improve. It sets out clear goals for enhancing learning, teaching, and wellbeing across our community.<\/p>\n

The plan is developed collaboratively with staff, pupils, parents, and partners, ensuring that everyone has a voice in shaping the direction of our school. By reviewing progress regularly, we make sure our actions are making a real difference and helping every child at Lochend to achieve their best.<\/p>\n
