The Lochend Charter<\/h5>\n

Our new school charter was created in session 24\/25 through consultation with all stakeholders. School staff, pupils, partners and parents were given the opportunity to choose 5 phrases which they believe all stakeholders should strive to demonstrate in Lochend. We then voted on the most popular statements which became our 5 charter phrases which can be seen on the hands above.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It was agreed that our School Charter should be used by young people and staff to guide everyone towards creating a consistent and nurturing learning environment which supports young people to Learn, Grow and Achieve.<\/p>\n

We use our school charter language –
to remind YP of our shared expectations and values,
to address low-level behaviours calmly and consistently,
to reinforce positive behaviours and recognise achievements,
to promote a respectful and focused learning environment.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
