Following discussion with your Pupil Support Teacher\/Depute Head Teacher you may be able to select a subject in S4 if you did not take it in S3, and this would be looked at on an individual basis. <\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>It is worth noting that some courses <b>only<\/b> progress up to National 5 or Level 5. This could impact on future choices in the following year. These subjects are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cyber Security<\/li>\n<li>Digital Media<\/li>\n<li>Early Learning and Childcare<\/li>\n<li>Health Sector<\/li>\n<li>Practical Cookery<\/li>\n<li>Practical Electronics<\/li>\n<li>Travel and Tourism<\/li>\n<li>Practical Woodworking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"s10\"><span class=\"s13\"><strong>Compulsory Health &amp; Well-Being Subjects<\/strong> \u2013 for ALL S4-S6 pupils<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<div class=\"s1\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"s33\"><span class=\"s11\">Physical Education (2 periods per week)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s33\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Personal and Social Education (1 period per week)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s33\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Religious and Moral Education (1 period per week)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"s1\">\n<p class=\"s10\"><strong><span class=\"s13\">S4 Personal Development Options<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"s1\">\n<p class=\"s41\"><span class=\"s43\">The purpose of the Personal Development class is to give pupils opportunities to develop skills in different contexts \u2013 1 period per week.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s44\"><span class=\"s43\">Options could include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Photography<\/li>\n<li>CSLA Sports Leadership<\/li>\n<li>Duke of Edinburgh<\/li>\n<li>Dance Leaders<\/li>\n<li>Introduction to Sociology<\/li>\n<li>Personal Finance<\/li>\n<li>Barista<\/li>\n<li>Young STEM Leaders<\/li>\n<li>Project-Based Learning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"s1\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>S4 Options Form: The link to the options form for session 25\/26 can be found by clicking here.
