When your child has a confirmed place with us,\u00a0 transition work will begin with your child\u2019s establishment.<\/p>\n
Staff will contact your child\u2019s key worker and begin the process to of making individual plans to ensure your child\u2019s needs are met when they join us.<\/p>\n
A full induction programme will be available each session, where children and parents are welcomed to meet the rest of the P1 cohort, see the school setting, meet key staff and hear important information.<\/p>\n
