Our Learning and Teaching approach is built around <\/span>seven key areas<\/strong> developed through staff and pupil consultation:<\/span><\/h4>\n

  2. Planning<\/strong> \u2013 Well-structured lessons that build on prior learning and connect to real life.<\/li>\n
  3. Learning Intentions & Success Criteria<\/strong> \u2013 Clear, pupil-friendly goals shared and revisited throughout lessons.<\/li>\n
  4. Differentiation<\/strong> \u2013 Support and challenge for all learners, recognising individual needs and strengths.<\/li>\n
  5. Digital Learning<\/strong> \u2013 Effective, safe, and creative use of iPads and core digital tools to enhance learning.<\/li>\n
  6. Assessment<\/strong> \u2013 Meaningful feedback and learner conversations that move learning forward.<\/li>\n

        Digital Learning<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

        Our <\/span>Striving for Seven<\/em> digital strategy promotes purposeful use of technology through apps such as <\/span>Teams, OneNote, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Satchel One, Quizlet, BBC Bitesize, and Book Creator<\/strong>.<\/span><\/h4>\n

        Pupils are supported to use iPads responsibly, creatively, and independently to enhance collaboration and access learning.<\/p>\n

        • Learning conversations identify next steps and celebrate progress.<\/li>\n

          Meeting Learners\u2019 Needs<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

          We plan carefully for pupils with additional support needs, English as an Additional Language, or attendance barriers \u2014 ensuring accessible resources, translated materials, differentiated tasks, and nurturing approaches that allow everyone to participate and achieve.<\/p>\n

          We continually reflect on our practice through collaborative planning, peer observation, and pupil voice.<\/span><\/h4>\n
