Knightswood Secondary School is a co-educational, non-denominational state school in Glasgow’s West End. Established in 1958, it serves approximately 1,200 pupils aged 11 to 18 and is part of the Knightswood Learning Community.

We offer a broad curriculum across all key subject areas, including English, Mathematics, Sciences, Social Subjects, Modern Languages, Creative & Aesthetic, Business & ICT, and Physical Education. Our staff includes dedicated pastoral care and inclusion teams to support every learner.
The Dance School of Scotland
Located within our campus, The Dance School of Scotland is the country’s only fully funded centre of excellence for vocational dance and musical theatre. It offers academic and specialist training for talented young people from across Scotland. Students audition for entry and may access residential accommodation if needed.
