This session gives them a clear picture of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How the Scottish apprenticeship system works, from Foundation to Graduate Apprenticeships<\/li>\n<li>What employers look for and when applications open<\/li>\n<li>How they can support their child&#8217;s decision-making at home<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Parents will hear directly from employers who hire apprentices.
