This programme offers students interested in studying law the opportunity to learn more about the subject and ask questions about legal careers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This year, rather than running the Summer School over four consecutive days, sessions will take place across four mornings over two separate weeks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\"><b>Monday 8 June<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\"><b>Tuesday 9 June<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\"><b>Thursday 18 June<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\"><b>Friday 19 June<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Students can register their interest by emailing\u00a0<a id=\"OWA4d7986d7-7770-b9b1-bf1a-3c9c7d4a5d08\" title=\"mailto:careers@lawscot.org.uk\" href=\"mailto:careers@lawscot.org.uk\" data-linkindex=\"3\"><b><u>careers@lawscot.org.uk<\/u><\/b><\/a>. We will then circulate an MS Form for formal registration. Once registered, participants will receive two Zoom links: one for the sessions on 8 and 9 June, and another for 18 and 19 June.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><u>What we\u2019ll cover<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Our programme is currently being finalised, but the first session, Introduction to Law and University Applications, will be of particular interest to your students. We\u2019ll cover UCAS applications, SAAS, and more!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The other days will have a focus on what is happening\u00a0<b>now<\/b>\u00a0in the legal profession, taking students on a career journey exploring the unexpected and interesting areas you can practice law in Scotland.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Logistics<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p>If multiple students from your institution are participating, we have found in previous years that reserving a classroom or suitable shared space is helpful.
