{"id":3658,"date":"2026-03-12T14:13:12","date_gmt":"2026-03-12T14:13:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/gc\/kingsparksecondary\/?p=3658"},"modified":"2026-03-12T14:13:12","modified_gmt":"2026-03-12T14:13:12","slug":"black-white-photography-magazine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/gc\/kingsparksecondary\/2026\/03\/12\/black-white-photography-magazine\/","title":{"rendered":"Black + White Photography Magazine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">We are a very proud and excited Art, Design &amp; Photography Department today because the latest issue of Black + White Photography Magazine is released today and it features a brilliant article about our favourite alumni photographer, Simon Murphy, in which he talks about working with many of our King\u2019s Park Secondary pupils including our NPA Photographers. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">You may remember that I shared some images on our department Instagram of the class viewing some of their test prints for the first time and the 4th page of the article is some of their work! Homan Shawqi, Hamza Oz, Eve Baillie and Kacper Truszkowski have had photographs published alongside a selection of Simon&#8217;s images.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">The COVER of the magazine also features the wonderful Eve Baillie, a Photography and Art &amp; Design pupil modelling the structure for her Higher Design piece, a beautiful shot of her showcasing her hard work. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">This is part of the ongoing project with King&#8217;s Park that Simon has been working on, also alongside our colleagues in Modern Languages and English. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">We so delighted for this small sample of our department superstars and grateful to Simon and Black + White
