These are quite informal and last 60 \u2013 90 minutes, with one meeting per term usually taking place. Pupil Council representatives are usually involved in one of these meetings. We occasionally attend additional meetings relating to fundraising events or school committees within the school.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overall we aim to: \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Support the school in its work with pupils<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Represent the views of parents and carers<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Encourage links between the school, parents\/carers, pupils, the Church and the wider community.<\/p>\n<p>It is for us as parents to decide what is most important for the Parent Council to work on. We\u00a0provide an opportunity for parents to get involved in whatever ways suit them to support our school to get the best education for all it\u2019s pupils.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What support do we get?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training from Education Services if we need it and want to attend<\/li>\n<li>Access to other guidance, if we need it<\/li>\n<li>Funding to cover any expenses incurred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you would like to join the Parent Council, please contact<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>the Head Teacher<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>or come along to a\u00a0meeting.\u00a0Future meetings will be advertised via the school social media channels (eg.
