The easiest way to tackle this question is to write out the balanced equation for the reaction.  This will show the molar relationships between the reactants and the products.

The questions tells you how much of the hydrogen you have used up, and from this and the molar relationship between the hydrogen and hydrogen iodide, you will be able to calculate how many moles of hydrogen iodide have been made.
