Dear Parents and Carers, <\/p>\n
Please find attached the letter prepared by HM Inspectors following the inspection of our school in November. <\/p>\n
We are so delighted and very proud of the young people and staff in our school contributing to something so special. <\/p>\n
This has been a real whole team effort. <\/p>\n
Two ratings of excellence is a significant achievement for us all. For context, there is a 6 point scale which is a tool for grading, the highest grading is Excellent and is defined as below.<\/p>\n
An evaluation of excellent means that this aspect of the I am personally really pleased that the findings recognise what we are achieving, not just in that November moment in time but a measure of where we are in our journey and that young people and staff of our school community are recognised in such a positive way. We are also aware that Excellent does not mean perfect and we will continue to work hard for the Hyndland community. <\/p>\n Please accept my sincerest thanks for your support, your preparation and your contributions to an outstanding outcome. <\/p>\n We will share with young people via teams this week and celebrate more formally at assemblies the first week in February. <\/p>\n

\nexemplifies very best practice, based on achieving equity
\nand inclusion and a deep professional understanding which
\nis being shared beyond the school to support system-wide
\nimprovement. It implies that very high levels of performance
\nare sustainable and will be maintained. <\/em><\/p>\n
