Each pupil in Hillpark is allocated a Pastoral Care teacher dependent on which house group they are in. The role of a Pastoral Care Teacher is crucial to a pupil’s school life. They are the main link between the pupil, home and outside agencies, and are there to offer extra emotional and general support. They also closely monitor attendance and overall attainment of each pupil work closely with pupils to try and overcome any barriers that may preventing pupils from achieving their potential.<\/p>\n
