Pupils in our Secondary Department take part in a wide range of educational experiences which promote independence and the development of life skills. Many activities take place in the wider community through visits to supermarkets, shopping centres and local leisure centres. Many of our older pupils have college placements with varying degrees of support and a number are presented for Higher Still at Access Level. Pupils also follow ASDAN programmes and most achieve success in gaining qualifications. Our young people also benefit from links with other agencies such as SENSE Scotland, where they can mix with other young people with similar disabilities and form friendships.
