Golfhill Primary has a very active Parent Council. One of the main roles of the Parent Council is to support the work of the school.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nHave you seen the newly refurbished poly tunnel? \u00a0A group of parents worked with poly tunnel specialist Brodie Mackay to replace the plastic cover which had deteriorated over time.<\/p>\n

We were so grateful to receive a small grant from Reidvale Housing Association to pay Brodie, which meant we only had to fund the actual plastic from school funds.<\/p>\n

We can\u2019t wait to see what the children use it for over the coming months.<\/p>\n

If you have any gardening items you no longer need that you think the children could use, please hand them in to the school<\/p>\n

If you\u2019d like to be involved in other gardening or outdoor projects in the school get in touch with the Parent Council. There are always projects in the pipeline.<\/p>\n
