We are thrilled to announce the premiere of It\u2019s Our Home, Glasgow<\/strong> \u2013 a citywide musical celebration marking Glasgow\u2019s 850th anniversary<\/strong> \u2013 taking place on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83d\uddd3\ufe0f Thursday 12th June<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83d\udd52 9.15am<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83d\udcfa Watch on YouTube<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n We\u2019re inviting every school in Glasgow to join us for a special live watch party<\/strong>, bringing together pupils, staff and families to celebrate the creativity and diversity of our city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As part of the official Glasgow 850 celebrations<\/strong>, this new song \u2013 It\u2019s Our Home, Glasgow<\/em> \u2013 was specially written for children across the city to sing together. With verses in English, Scots and Gaelic<\/strong>, and a chorus supported by Makaton signing<\/strong>, the project celebrates the voices, cultures and stories that make Glasgow our home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The final video features over 325 submissions<\/strong> from more than 135 primary schools<\/strong>, alongside contributions from ASN schools, a nursery, and a home education group<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThis project captures the spirit of our city \u2014 creative, inclusive and full of heart.
