Extensive research<a href=\"https:\/\/outlook.office.com\/mail\/inbox\/id\/AAQkAGM2Yzk3ZWVkLWJmNGMtNGVkYS1iM2U4LWY2OTA1OGExNTlhYgAQAI6iEeIlQ4pNjR5qo9Flv6s%3D#x__ftn1\">[1]<\/a>&nbsp;on racism, its impacts on mental health and wellbeing suggests that having a safe space for pupils to process their racialised experiences is crucial to heal and develop resilience. This virtual space can help pupils buffer the future adverse effects of racism, while developing an increased sense of belonging, agency and independence required to flourish.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Empower every pupil wishing to become better anti-racist allies.
